In this workshop, we will explore foundational topics related to starting a business including customer research, business model development, and rapid prototyping.

The discussion will be centred around the participants' unique business ideas to demonstrate and discuss how these are principles apply to any new business startup.

Key topics we will discuss include:

• Value Proposition canvas.
• Business Model canvas.
• Financial Projections.
• Todo list structure and strategy.

Worksheets on business model canvas, customer value proposition, and financial projections will be provided.  We will discuss why these worksheets are important and how to fill them out.
