With over 20 years experience in customer-specific marketing, behavioral analysis and rewards currency management, Andrew is an expert in the retail, wholesale and vendor perspectives of loyalty services. A wide background in loyalty marketing includes the initial launch of the Kroger Value Card in 1996, leading member-retailer loyalty services for SUPERVALU Northwest, National Account Director for Sperry and Hutchinson Co. (S&H greenpoints) and Vice President of Loyalty Marketing and Analytics for one of the nation’s largest cause marketing company’s Electronic Scrip, Inc.
Andrew has had countless leading roles in the development and strategic execution of rewards and cause-related marketing programs for merchants large and small. He is the recipient of a GEM Award (Global Electronic Marketing) - Best Independent Retailer Loyalty Program for the creation of a unique rewards currency application in motivating consumer behavior.
Prior to his career in Loyalty Marketing, Andrew spent 17 years with The Kroger Company in distribution, computer science and retail accounting in the Supermarket and Convenience/Fuel divisions of King Soopers, City Market and Quik Stop Markets. Andrew also owned and operated his own Quik Stop Market in Sacramento and understands first-hand the potential value of small business marketing tools.
